Start the afternoon in the Casco Vello, collect a credential stamp at the Co-Cathedral of Santa María, browse the artisan shops of Rúa Cesteiros. Walk up to the Monte O Castro fortress for views of the Ría de Vigo and the Cíes Islands. As evening falls, head to Oyster Street for fresh Atlantic oysters with a crisp local Albariño. Pause at the Centenary Olive Tree on Paseo de Alfonso XII to watch the sun set over the harbour, then finish in Praza da Constitución under the stone arcades over pulpo á feira.
